Jason Van Hecke - President/CEO
Jason has over 25 years of high-voltage engineering and leadership experience. Jason has managed large teams, overseen multimillion-dollar budgets, and led strategic business initiatives. His expertise includes project management, contract negotiation, and technical operations for major utility and industrial clients. He has vast experience in Electrical Engineering has served as an electrician in the US Navy.
Brandon Eberle - Vice-president/CFO
Brandon Eberle is a power systems and controls engineer with 14 years of experience in controls design, SCADA integration, and commissioning. He has led major utility and renewable energy projects, including mobile substation, engineering and protection system upgrades. Brandon holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota–Duluth.
